Bright, airy open concept home in a quiet neighborhood, with balconies and a large garden for peaceful relaxation. It is a 5 minute drive from Haifa High Tech Center and a 2 minute drive to Megadim Beach. Public transportation is nearby, just a 5 minute walk.

וילה לאירוח מרוווחת ומשופצת . 4 חדרי שינה, 2 חדרי אמבטיה במגדים. בית מואר ומרווח, פתוח ומרווח, בשכונה שקטה, עם מרפסות וגן גדול לנוחות . הוילה לאירוח נמצא במרחק 5 דקות נסיעה ממרכז היי טק הייטק ו -2 דקות נסיעה לחוף מגדים. תחבורה ציבורית נמצאת בקרבת מקום, במרחק 5 דקות הליכה בלבד.

אנחנו אוהבים לארח.

הוילה מתאימה לאירועים משפחתיים ולנופש ולא מתאימה למסיבות.

Cancellations

  • Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees).

  • Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

  • Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

Additional rules:
1. Check-in: after 4:00p.m., Check-out: before 12:00 p.m. (It can be flexible with advanced notification)
2. No smoking in the house.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Cleanliness is very important here (no one should be writing bad review about this place). Be clean and keep your room odor free. If you use the kitchen, please keep it clean from grease and stains. 
5. Any problem or need help, please let me know right away. I can correct it right away. No need to give us a bad review afterward. 
6. Don't take my stuff with you. 
7. For Weekly or Monthly stay; Guests are welcome, but please no over night stays. 
8. QUIET HOURS are from 12AM (Midnight, or earlier per your request) to 7AM
9. There is a pond and kiddie pool in the garden. Please be extra careful with small children.
